Covenant Keepers Bible Institute Winter Class, 2011

On Saturday March 5, 2011 Covenant Keepers Bible Institute completed it’s 2011 Winter session entitled “Understanding the Anointing.” This forth week revelatory course was taught by Drs. Curt and Linda Stennis. Topics and areas of studies included:

  • The Holy Spirit is a Person and The Anointing is His Personality.
  • When You are Anointed You are Painted with Power.
  • Charisma is The Anointing and Unction.
  • The Anointing Makes the Impossible Possible
  • The Anointing Guarantees Victory at all Times.
  • Wisdom and Might: Ingredients of the Anointing.

Mission Accomplished!
Registration will begin soon for our 2001 spring session on April 1. Look for the launching of our new website at ckbi.org.

Announcing Covenant Keepers Bible Institute

On Sunday June 27 we celebrated the launching of Covenant Keepers Bible Institute as 55 people received certificates of completion for our inaugural class, Intercessors in Training. This class culminated an intense and comprehensive 12 hours of teaching and training on the dynamics of intercessory prayer with coverage on such topics as D.D.P. (Decreeing, Declaring, and Proclaiming), Prophetic Intercession (the place where the priest and prophet unite), Discerning Times and Seasons, Understanding Territorial, Corporate, and Individual Authority, Waging Warfare in the Spirit Realm, and Identifying and Understanding the different types of Intercessors. The purpose of this class is to prepare individuals for the next level of prayer for their lives, families, the body of Christ and the world.

Covenant Keepers Bible Institute is an expansion of the teaching ministry of Drs. Curt and Linda Stennis and will include other presenters, authors, and scholars. The curriculum and activities will be selected to fulfill the instructions for equipping members of the body of Christ as described in Ephesians 4:11-16. We seek to nurture, train and empower participants to glorify God in ministry, industry, education, government and all aspects of life.

Covenant Keepers Bible Institute next series of classed will be in September and October 2010.

2010 Puerto Rico Highlights

We have just arrived home from 4 days of travel to several cities in beautiful Puerto Rico.  Many thanks to Evangelist Jully Reynolds and the 24 Hour Intercessory Prayer Team who always provide invaluable fervent, unceasing prayer coverage for us on our trips throughout the world.

Many of you have heard there was an earthquake in Puerto Rico that registered 5.8 early Sunday morning (5-16-10). We had just gone to bed and was awakened by a loud rumbling noise and severe shaking of the hotel in the city of Aquadilla. Everyone there was badly shaken and frightened. The parking lot was full of guests who had ran out partially clothed. We were told that an earthquake had not occurred on the island since 1904.

Our host and ICMF Regional Coordinator, Dr. Edgar Gonzales, informed us church historians have documented evidence that says great moves of God follow regions where earthquakes happen dating back to Azusa and an earthquake in San Francisco. He also informed us the church we would be speaking in on Sunday (City of Praise Christian Church) was in the city of Moca where the earthquake originated.

Never before have we seen such a mighty move of God on the grounds of a hotel! This was the largest impromptu prayer meeting we ever witnessed for Jesus. What Satan meant for evil and destruction, God turned around and souls were saved right there on the ground of the hotel. With every guest exiting the hotel and joining hands, a prayer of repentance and thanksgiving was offered up to God. In a large circle of unity we joined hands and prayed and worship in Spanish. The devil was expelled from that island and great peace came upon the people! To God be the Glory! We didn’t get much sleep thereafter but were ready to minister on Sunday.

The worship and praise was awesome and we shaped a word concerning the work of the Holy Spirit in the earth in this current time and season of restoration. The fire of the Holy Spirit began to fall as we ministered in the gifts of the Spirit to Apostles, Pastors, and leaders. Everyone received prophetic ministry before we concluded.

Breakthrough and great joy came behind a very traumatic experience in Moca, Puerto Rico – MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!

  • Planning continues for joint conferences in Puerto Rico in October.
  • We have been invited to participate in a conference in November in San Jose, Costa Rica. Our work is expanding in central South America.

Fresh Fire Highlights and Puerto Rico Retreat

We recently concluded our 2010 Fresh Fire Conference held April 27-29.  We know those 3 nights were an appointment to experience Fresh Impartations Revelations and Edification.

Each night we gathered with great expectancy for an awesome worship experience and waited in His presence to see what the Holy Ghost would perform among us.

The presence of God was so incredible that our guest speaker Apostle Steven Thomas from Atlanta, Georgia began each night ministering a prophetic word to many individuals before the Rhema word.  The intensity grew each night as the good news spread and many people brought their family, friends, and co-workers.  It is clear that this is a certain season whereby the Fresh Fire of God is bringing breakthrough, deliverance, and power that we may be strong and do exploits according to Daniel 11:32.

When we reached the final night, so much had been accomplished through the Power of the Holy Spirit.  We are grateful for the visitation of God’s fire and glory.  If you were unable to attend the 2010 Fresh Fire Conference, you may purchase the complete cd package of all three services and experience the anointing of FRESH FIRE! 

We will be traveling to San Juan and Isabella, Puerto Rico May 14-18 to minister in the Holy Spirit Retreat at the City of Praise Christian Church.  Apostle David Abreu is the host pastor.  Dr. Edgar Gonzales is the In Covenant Ministries Regional Coordinator.  FRESH FIRE is coming to the Beautiful Island of Puerto Rico!

Welcome To Mission Accomplished

Welcome to MISSION ACCOMPLISHED, the new In Covenant Ministries Fellowship blog.  It has been created to publish and proclaim the good news of the gospel, and share exciting highlights of our trips throughout the world.  We will also share with you conference information and other fellowship related events.

Our recent annual meeting held on March 6, 2010 was a huge success.  We continue to draw interest and membership from those active in ministry as well as Christian businessmen, CEO’s, lawyers, doctors, and entrepreneurs. 

In 1 Corinthians chapter 12, verses 4-7, the Apostle Paul compares the Body of Christ and its members to the physical anatomy.  The focus of this analogy is that Christians are united, just as a physical body is perfectly fitted and joined together, and not divided.  He writes, “There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit.  There are different kinds of service, but the same Lord.  There are different kinds of working, but the same God works all of them in all men.  Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good.” (NIV)

In Covenant Ministries Fellowship is a global ministry with a Kingdom purpose, connecting people who have the same passion of seeing the Kingdom of God advanced.

Our “Fresh Fire Camp Meeting 2010” will be held at Salvation and Deliverance Ministries International, 1540 N. Spaulding in Chicago, Tuesday April 27 through Thursday April 29 with Apostle Steven Thomas of Atlanta, Georgia.
